Mercedes-Benz keys — what you should know
Mercedes key systems changed significantly with the FBS4 generation introduced across the range from around 2015, and on those vehicles key programming is effectively restricted to the dealer network. We are straightforward about this: for earlier Mercedes we can supply and program keys on site, and for FBS4 vehicles we will tell you on the phone that the dealer is the route rather than charging you for a visit. Sprinter vans of earlier generations are well within scope.
